I’ve been a pastry chef for 22 years, specializing in occasion cakes of all kinds. Wedding cakes are my specialty and the cake boss has nothing on me. I love to do cakes that make my clients say “wow”

I’m different in that my company is based on the fact that I couldn’t afford my own wedding cake when I got married. After studying pastry and working as a cake decorator in the field, I knew the cost and time that went into creating a beautiful cake. I was blown away by the mark up when shopping for my own cake, it was the only thing that made me cry when planning my wedding because it felt so unfair to be charged the prices we were quoted. When I became pregnant with my twins and had to become a stay at home with them, I started my company in my kitchen to help pay the bills and promised that I would do it better for my clients.
