    I can't even describe how wonderful Annie and her cake were, it was honestly my favorite part of wedding planning. I felt so at ease talking with Annie during our consultation and coming up with ideas based on her creativity. She was fun and cheerful and it truly felt like she not only loves baking but also just loves love. After meeting with her I felt so confident in her as our choice in vendor because it really felt like she understood our vision and I was so excited to see how our cake would turn out. When it came time to see our cake at the reception, I swear my jaw must have dropped to the floor and I was about to burst into tears over how absolutely gorgeous it was--it was better than I ever could have imagined. It was pure ART and beautifully encapsulated the desert vibe we were going for with cute soccer/baseball details. Our cake was one of the wedding aspects our guests talked about the most, both for its beauty and taste. We got married almost a year ago and still talk about how delicious it was! We were really late in the game to book a cake vendor so I consider it a miracle that someone as incredible as Annie was available for our date and I just feel so lucky that we found her. Definitely book with Annie!

    Annie is the most professional and talented baker in Tucson! Her skill and precision are just the beginning. Her moist and delicious flavors of cake perfectly baked, will be the talk of your wedding or special event for years to come. Annie takes pride in making sure every ingredient that goes into her cakes is well sourced, even being able to accommodate special requests and dietary needs. I've just never met anyone as dedicated to the art form of cake baking and decorating as Annie! Simply the best!

    Once you try one of Annie's cakes, you'll know why Ambrosia Cakes is so popular! Our wedding dessert table was beautiful and everything was gone by the end of the night. We wish we saved some cake to enjoy after the wedding, so we'll definitely be reaching out for something on our anniversary. Thank you, Annie!
