Welcome. Atelier PQ was started in 2020 in a humble home kitchen. With a background in high-end patisseries and Michelin-starred restaurants, each creation is unique in flavor as it is in aesthetics. Talk with Chef PQ as she helps create a beautiful piece even better than you imagined. Whether you want a modern cake, a timeless style, or a mix of both, your special event will be filled with sweets that your guests will be sure to rave about for weeks to come.

Each dessert and cake has unique not too sweet flavors ranging from Strawberry Yuzu, Earl Grey, or even for the daring, durian. With 20 flavors on the cake menu, 40 for macarons, and 18 for cream puffs, there is something for everyone. Want something even more eye catching? Order mini entremet bites that are finished with beautiful mirror glazes. Each bite filled with multiple textures and flavors that will bring delight with each bite.

    My husband and I ordered a small wedding cake for our special day and it was wonderful. We requested something simple yet elegant with flowers, and the execution was beautiful. We both loved the complex black sesame flavor (rare for a cake in our city) and I’m still drooling thinking about it! I would definitely order a cake from PQ again, especially for special occasions like birthdays or renewing our vows.

    PQ was super easy to work with. We chatted about any dietary restrictions we had. Pq made the entire process super easy and we didn’t have to stress out about our cake once everything was finalized. Highly recommend! Cake tasted just as good as it looked, If not better!

    Highly recommend PQ as a vendor. Her designs are beautiful and minimalist and her desserts taste just as amazing as they look. I’ve ordered from PQ for various occasions and her desserts are always a crowd pleaser. My personal favorites are her Strawberry Shortie cake and Lady Hong entremet.
