I am a self-taught macaron baker since fall 2018. When I was introduced to macarons and saw how versatile, pretty and flavorful macarons could be, I decided to perfect the technique so I could provide them at the weddings, showers and birthdays for all my friends. As my experience grew I started receiving requests from people all over Pittsburgh to add a unique twist to their sweetest moments, so much so that in September of 2021, I quit my corporate job to bake full-time! I absolutely love being able to enhance a wedding, baby shower or bridesmaid proposal with some rare, scrumptious treats that everyone is delighted to see and taste.

Many bakers / bakeries do not offer macarons because they are so finicky (they're not wrong, these babies can be a real pain!). I currently ONLY offer macarons and am a 1 woman team. I love the process and the reward (and joy) of seeing a bride's face seeing her colors matched in an elegant tower, or hearing of how the guests were so excited to try the unique favors. I focus on the fine details, from adding the couple's names to each shell, to matching a dusty blue groomsman's tie, because it's the little things in life that are the sweetest. Say hello to the star of the Pittsburgh Cookie Table! This package includes one full sized macaron tower (180 macarons) with up to three flavors and/or colors for your macarons. Tower rental fee also included in this price. Option to add on customization of design including monograms, gold leaf, writing, brush strokes and more to all or some of your order. Delivery not included but available. Security deposit required for tower rental

    I started getting Aycho Melange's macarons every year for my mom's birthday because she absolutely loves them! And then that turned into every holiday and now I get Hannah's mac's at every occassion. They are the most delicious dessert you can have for any event... or even just for yourself.

    I’ve worked with Hannah twice now- she is not only professional, punctual and detail-oriented, she is so wonderful to work with and is a true talent. We were blown away by the intricately hand painted details on the macarons she made us for my sister’s bridal shower and my daughter’s birthday- and not only were they beautiful, they were delicious. I’d recommend Aycho Melange over and over again. She’s the best!
