Owner

My name is Brooke and I started Brookies Cookies and Cakes in 2016. I have created many special occasion cakes, dessert cups, macarons And custom sugar cookies. I’m located north of Detroit and I travel all over the state for deliveries!

I am completely independent, I create everything myself on a weekly basis. Everything is fresh and made with the best ingredients. I custom design everything unique to you and your event. I learned how to bake from my grandma and continued my education and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2013.
