Very Accommodating!!

Jazz was an awesome cake artist to work with. When my venue couldn't promise a nut free cake, I was devastated. Even though Jazz doesn't advertise herself as a nut-free establishment, she made accommodations for my allergies. She used new utensils and cookware to make my cake and booked her whole weekend so that other orders wouldn't contaminate. Her reassuring the cake is safe for me gave me such relief for my special day. I appreciate everything she does which is out of her way for me. The cake was safe for me, and also the best tasting cake I ever tried. The cake itself was sweet, moist, and fresh. The ganache she made was the most delicious I ever tasted as well. She followed my design on how I like it and it was beautiful. Everyone said they actually finished their piece and agreed it was the best tasting cake they ever tried as well. I got so many compliments on the cake on behalf of Jazz. I couldn't thank her enough. She is truly an artist!
