I am Heileen Polanco the creator of each cake from Cakes and Sweets Bakery. I began 12 years ago, when it occurred to me to make my older daughter’s cake in her first year, that day in the kitchen I found my passion. I enjoyed baking and decorating so much that I didn’t stop there. I took many baking and decorating classes for many years, and I went growing in this sweet world. In each cake there is a piece of my heart, and each and every single one of them tells its own story, all of them made with the same dedication as my daughter’s cake.
