Cakes by Iliyana creates luxurious boutique level cakes that we like to refer to as modern cake art! We have won several awards for our wedding cake creations and we pride ourselves on providing our clients with an exclusive design and an attentive experience. I love to work with different techniques to create unique and wowing cakes! I create tall modern designs that are intriguing and unforgettable. I enjoying creating edible sugar and wafer paper flowers. My latest venture in cake making is creating beautiful floral paintings directly on to my cakes. This is done with an edible Cacao butter paint that is hand made separately for each cake. I adore working with chocolate ganache, fondant and velour texture. My style is inspired by the compelling feelings that flowers deliver to us, full of intense lush detail yet somehow still simple and inviting. My passion for this profession is unrelenting!
