At Cakes by Stephanie, we want to provide you with an opportunity to create a unique design based on one of our many examples or your personal vision. We specialize in elegant textures made with our homemade buttercream frosting, but we can also decorate cakes in fondant if it is preferred or required.

    I have photographed so many weddings that chose Cakes by Stephanie for their wedding day desserts, and they NEVER disappoint! I have also chosen Cakes by Stephanie for my own celebrations and cannot say enough good things about the staff and quality!

    We ordered a three-tier cake, and the flavors did not disappoint. They were able to put flowers on the cake and delivered all the way from Monroe to Ray Twp. The cake was beautiful and tasty. This is a bakery I go back to now for all special occasion cakes and baked goods.

    Cakes by Stephanie has delicious and beautiful cakes, cookies, and pastries. I ordered a cake for a friend's wedding shower 10 years ago and immediately had to see if they could accommodate my wedding. My best friend (MOH) enjoyed the cake testing since we got to try a variety of flavors (and left with some goodies we purchased). For the wedding, my husband and I chose a three-tier cake with a different flavor on each layer. We did carrot cake and cream with cheese frosting, chocolate cake with Oreo mousse, and white cake with Raspberry. We got SO MANY compliments on the cake. We also ordered dairy/gluten-sensitive cupcakes for our guests with food sensitivities. The cake decoration was also simple but beautiful and went beautifully with our décor and cake topper. I highly recommend them for all your baking needs!
