    Full disclosure - we were sold on Canela bakery once we saw her name as our beautiful maltipoo puppy is named Canela But once we saw her work and tasted her cake, it was obvious that she is a force to be reckoned with. We had a tasting with her prior to our big day and the cake was exceptional. It was moist with great consistency and the frosting was divine. And her aesthetic is absolutely spectacular. We had Canela bakery provide us a beautiful lemon flavored cake for our pre-wedding Mehndi henna party and it was a huge hit. Then the three tiered cake we had for our wedding was the best tasting wedding cake we have ever eaten (and many, many guests agreed!) It was a almond cake with cherry filling with pink champagne frosting. My mouth waters just writing this review. Canela bakery is exceptional and we recommend it to anyone and everyone!

    Lauren with Canela is truly amazing. Her creativity in her cakes blows me away EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! Her wedding cakes are one of a kind pieces of art, and delicious!! I have had Canela make many cakes in my life from my baby shower, to my son's baptism cake, my moms 60th surprise birthday cake, and so many more and they are always the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Lauren cares so much about her customers and puts so much love in every creation, she is truly the best!!

    Lauren is amazing! Her creativity is exceptional! She's done all types of beautiful and tasty cakes, she has endless ideas and is super creative. She thinks "out of the box" time and time again to make custom, one of a kind masterpieces! You will love the edible art she can create for you to celebrate your special occasion!
