Born and raised in Brazil, Daniela has loved treats, family, and beautiful things since she was a little girl! She started to bake when she had her first daughter, Lyla - and baked her 1st birthday cake. It was love at first sight! With every birthday party Lyla's cakes got more intricate, and her love for both baking and decorating grew. The demand for more elaborated cakes grew and she decided to start DLicious Sweets and bake her creative cakes from her home kitchen. Being a part of a couples special day is an honor and my goal is to create a beautiful love story in the form of sweets for your wedding day!

    One of the best decisions my husband and I made in planning our wedding was choosing to work with Daniela and both of her companies - DLicious Sweets and Ciao Bella Events!! Daniela does it all, and did it all, for our wedding and rehearsal dinner - cake, desserts, florals, decor, coordination and beyond! She provided professional insight and expertise through the entire planning process, all the while staying true to our vision and making our wedding dreams come to life. The cake was perfect, the desserts delicious, and all of the small details (with some adorable surprises thrown in!) were executed with care. It was so helpful to know that someone had my back in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and all throughout the Big Day and night. I appreciate Daniela and her team so much, for making our wedding as magical as we wanted it to be. She was truly my wedding fairy godmother! 3

    Daniela did such an excellent job with the desserts for our wedding! In the weeks before, she was super responsive to e-mails, getting everything all set up in time (even though we only reached out to her last minute, three weeks before our wedding.) On the day, all of the desserts were exceptionally delicious, especially the key lime tarts and the brownies. Not only were the desserts tasty, but they were all set up in such a beautiful way.

    Daniela's work is absolutely stunning! As a wedding planner I have booked her for clients who have loved her work and I also booked her for my own wedding. I went for the trio of wedding cakes with a big dessert spread for guest count of over 250 people. Everyone was raving about the display which was stunning and the treats were delectable. There wasn't one dessert bite left. I just celebrated my one year anniversary and we enjoyed the top tier of the wedding cake which was kept in the freezer all year, it was still so moist and delicious. Daniela was so lovely to work with during the design process. She is such a hard worker and a fantastic baker, highly recommend!
