Hello! I’m Dorcas and am the creator of FinaLee Floral Cakes. I am a baker who loves to incorporate fresh flowers with scratch-baked cakes. My love of baking started back when I was in high school when I would bake cakes and desserts for friends as gifts for their birthdays and events. After obtaining my Bachelor’s in Business and my Associate’s in Patisserie and Baking, I started my baking career in Pasadena, CA. I found my passion in creating customized floral cakes that not only taste great but look amazing too.

FinaLee Floral Cakes specializes in fresh florals, foliage, and succulents in its cake decor. We believe in creating all of our products completely from scratch and from real ingredients. Therefore we will never use any artificial flavors or extracts, outsourced pre-made products, or flavor enhancers. All of our cakes and cookies are always handcrafted and made to order.
