Flourish will create a one-of-a-kind custom cake for your big day. You provide the inspiration, and together, we will design a unique wedding cake that reflects your taste, style, and personality. Our design process begins with a face-to-face consultation with our chef and creative director, an in-depth cost proposal, and detailed concept sketches. We then execute your unique design to be everything you imagined and more. We pride ourselves on exceeding our clients' expectations. Every time.

We specialize in couture cake design and hand crafted sugar flowers. We strive to make each cake unique to each couple. We only take a very limited number of cakes per weekend (1-3) to really focus on each client. Everything is made from scratch, in house, by hand.

    Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful and SO delicious. Brie and the Flourish team did an exceptional job with our wedding cake, working with us to stick within our budget while achieving the our dream design. They were happy to arrange a second tasting to allow us to make sure we were getting the flavors and combinations we were most excited by. The sugar flowers on the cake looked completely real and were absolutely stunning, and the result was more than we could have hoped for. This was hands-down the food highlight for me at our wedding!
