Welcome! I have been passionate about baking & cake decorating ever since I can remember. I started Kelly Leigh Cakes in 2017 & have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of lovely couples for their weddings. I attended Johnson & Wales University College of Pastry Arts in Denver and there I discovered my true love for creating specialty cakes. My work has been featured in publications such as Rocky Mountain Bride, Couture Colorado & Aisle Society. I'm a Colorado native & the mountains are my happy place. It is a privilege to do what I love & to work with couples on their special day!

All cakes & desserts are made from scratch, and we use a European-style Swiss meringue buttercream for all of our wedding cakes. We are a custom wedding cake company, so we strongly encourage clients to get creative in creating a wedding cake that represents you as a couple and/or matches the overall theme of the wedding. We specialize in buttercream textures, but also work with fondant. We want to help make your celebration unforgettable by providing excellent custom service, open communication & quality products.

I knew we wanted a Kelly Leigh cake since trying one at a wedding in 2018!! We had a small cake for our elopement in 2022 and three cakes, including a GF for our reception in 2023 and couldn't be happier!! Kelly listened to my ideas, created masterpieces, and made the most delicious and beautiful cakes for our special days!! The lavender earl grey is my favorite, and my husband loved the chocolate berry!! You really can't go wrong with any of the amazing flavors!! I am a wedding photographer as well and recommend Kelly to every one of my couples. Shes the sweetest and creates the BEST cakes!
