Chelsea started Phresh Baked Goods in 2020 after leaving a previous full-time pastry chef position at a local successful high-volume catering company. Chelsea enjoys bringing joy to people through food by creating highly customized, luxury edible works of art for life's best occasions.

    Cake is probably my least favorite dessert, but when I order a Phresh Baked cake, I want to eat it all. Chelsea’s cakes also look as good as they taste. Almost too good looking to eat, but then you remember what’s inside!

    10/10! We specifically chose Phresh Baked Goods for our custom themed cake after some friends gifted us an order of cookies at our engagement party. They were easy to work with and helped guide us to a design that complemented our wedding, as well as giving a nod to our favorite band! The cake was as delicious as it was beautiful. We opted to pick up our cake the day before the wedding from their kitchen, which helped mark one thing of the to-do list for the big day!

    We’ve had PhreshBaked Goods for a few events now and we just LOVE everything she does! Although we aren’t local, we just knew that Chelsea was the one we wanted to go to for our son’s first birthday party! She created several dozen personalized cookies and now safe to say that people in Dallas, Texas are even hooked. Also shout out to the coolest name of a company!

    I ordered cookies for a shower and they turned out absolutely beautiful. We had classic vanilla and almond cookies and everyone raved about them.
