Hello! I’m a professionally trained pastry chef who runs a cake and confections company in Brooklyn NY called Royal Bakeria. I have over 6 years of experience in the Baking and pastry/ culinary industry and a degree holder in Baking and Pastry Arts. I love that I get to bring joy and be apart of all my clients special events through my skills and talent.     I worked with Chef Arisha on an wedding reception that I brought her along to do the wedding cake and dessert menu. I received great feedback on the items she prepared.     Chef Arisha did a great job 0n our wedding cake and our cupcake favors given to our guests. The red velvet cake was Devine, very moist and the Oreo cupcakes were a hit to our guests also. She will be doing more of our event in the future for sure!
