About Rue Cler Seattle

Taylor

Pastry Chef

Welcome to Rue Cler! Named after the quaint market street in Paris, Rue Cler [pronounced “claire”] is a cake studio that creates edible centerpieces that not only compliment, but elevate your event by introducing a new level of luxury and design. Taylor has worked under many established chefs on her road to opening Rue Cler, most notably during her time working at La Patisserie Cyril Lignac and Canlis in Seattle. She studied cake design under Ron Ben Israel, Maggie Austin, and Nicholas Lodge (who is best known for creating Princess Diana’s wedding cake!).

Impress your guests with a cake from Rue Cler. Specializing in uniquely crafted flavor profiles, luxury design, and realistic hand-made sugar flowers, Rue Cler elevates modern cake and pastry into an artistic centerpiece that accentuates your wedding or event seamlessly. It’s artwork you won’t want to eat, but won't be able to resist.
