We LOVED our wedding cake!
Shannon made the whole process so easy: sending multiple design options from us to choose from, tasting different flavor combinations (highly recommend the tasting!), and coordinating for the day of. We ended up choosing two different flavors for the different layers (confetti cake and mixed berry cake with vanilla bean swiss meringue inside and the signature vanilla buttercream) and our family and friends could not stop saying how tasty they were.

Shannon did an amazing job. The cake was absolutely stunning and beautiful. Can’t thanked her enough for all the small detailed work she did for us.
Black Cake!!!
We wanted a black wedding cake and it was STUNNING!! We got so many compliments, and she really helped by providing input on what type of icing would be best with going the black cake direction. We got the brown butter vanilla and it was sooooo delicious
Wedding Cake
I found Shannon through a Google search. I reached out to her after seeing her spectacular work through her social media pages. My wedding was on 9/17/23 & I wanted to have a beautiful wedding cake. I reached out to her & she provided all of the details & even gave us some cake samples. When I tell you it was so hard to choose which flavors to use for our cake, it was because ALL of her cakes were beyond amazing!!! We chose a three tier vanilla bean, with vanilla bean buttercream and blackberry preserves filling. We kept the top tier for our anniversary. I’m SO GLAD we went that route because her cake was absolutely delicious! EVERY SINGLE GUEST came up to us & either complimented the cake or asked who made our cake because it was THAT GOOD! Shannon was an absolute dream to work with! She is the SWEETEST soul & whatever you dream up for your wedding or event, she can make it happen! I will most definitely be using Shannon for future events & parties! 10/10! Thank you Shannon for making our wedding day so special! -Brooke & Todd Schafer
