My name is Michelle Cardillo and I am a self taught baker with a background in government. I moved here from the North Shore of Boston almost 7 years ago. My, then boyfriend, now husband convinced me to move back home with him to this place I honestly never heard of before, The Berkshires. With not a lot of need for a former lobbyist out here I quickly shifted my after work hobby into ShellyCakes.

With a crazy amount of support from my family, friends, and this beautiful Berkshires community I have my desserts in local restaurants, have done several weddings, and I’m constantly blown away by the amount of people who reach out to me for all their dessert needs.
