I have 9+ years of experience in kake decorating; I work with fondant, gum paste, buttercream, and elite icing to decorate. Making traditional kakes are always my favorite!! Life is hectic enough with everyday tasks, and no one has time to plan an event, make the dessert, and create a masterpiece kake (just thinking about it is overwhelming)...
