I was a commercial broker with a law degree that quit working after 8 years to raise a family. I wanted something I could do from home so I took the culinary challenge of making macarons. I have loved every minute of it!

I put handcrafted detail into my macarons. I laser print custom stencils for airbrushing in macarons. I am a perfectionist so if the macaron is not smooth or has a hollow shell, it gets tossed out. My icings are flavored buttercreams and i use freeze dried fruits or zests for buttercream fruit flavors to make the flavor more intense.

Our smallest tower option is four tiers. It holds about 60 macarons and a floral topper. Our towers can go up to 8 tiers depending on the size of your event.
