Top Tier Cakes is a bakery specializing in cakes for all occasions, especially wedding cakes. Founded by award winning chef Ashley Josin (Zinicola), Top Tier is excited to design a wedding cake just for you.

Choosing quality over quantity is our focus. Having a pastry chef from the top culinary school in the country is an asset -- so we do a limited number of weddings per week in order to meet our standards.

    Top Tier Cakes made our wedding cake. It was amazing! We would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a delicious, beautiful cake or other pastry delight. Also, we are big fans of the fall selection of tarts, and we can’t wait to order our pumpkin tart for Thanksgiving!

    Our wedding cake looked amazing, and tasted great. I don’t even like cake, or apparently just never had good wedding cake. Ashley is very professional, we met at her bakery, went through details and she made our vision come true!

    Ashley, has worked with us since we opened and is amazing! Her wedding cakes are stunning and taste incredible! She is always professional and easy to get a hold of and communicate with.
