Wandering Southerner Eats

Wandering Southerner Eats is a bakery located in Greenville, SC. My kitchen is entirely gluten-free and dairy-free, so if you have a gluten allergy, you don't have to worry about cross-contamination. If needed, I can also make vegan cakes. My goal is to create a cake that tastes so good that your guest won't even realize it's gluten and dairy free. It will also look amazing. For weddings, my top flavor combination is a yellow cake with lemon curd and vanilla icing. I'm also known for my chocolate cake with lavender frosting. I would love to be a part of your wedding day and make a cake that is beautiful and tastes delicious.

I have been gluten-free since I was 15 and became dairy-free about 5 years ago. I grew up in a house where cooking and food were always a big part of our daily lives, but after having to change to an alternative diet, I became invested in cooking and baking. After having my fair share of horrible cakes and cupcakes that were dry and chalky, I became determined to create baked goods that everyone would love to eat, even if they weren't gluten-free or dairy free. Making my own wedding cake 3 years ago sparked something in me and I've been making cakes ever since. It's an artform for me.
