It is hard to put into words how happy we were with Birch Hill Catering! Serena worked with us through every detail in the months leading up to our wedding. We had our ceremony in the Columbia Ballroom with our reception immediately following in the Conservatory Room. Our guests were blown away by the amazing service and fantastic food! Many guests made it a point to communicate to us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I wish I could relive the experience all over again, Serena and the rest of the staff made sure it was the best night of our lives! 10/10 recommend!

Yes, all of our off-premise catering packages will be subject to a $7.50 per guest charge. This includes ivory china dinnerware, flatware, high-end disposable barware, portable kitchen equipment, work and buffet tables, your choice of linens, additional staff and labor required for pack ups, and the first forty miles of transportation.

Yes, our event minimum is $1,600 for all weddings.

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.

We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.

We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.

For spring and summer weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance. For fall weddings 12 months in advance is best.

The Hudson Valley region, Catskills, Saratoga, Albany, and Adirondacks.

Of course, either by an individual plated meal or customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
