Top 5 wedding food ever!

This review is overdue and I apologize for the length but our experience was really that good! We got married last month almost exactly (7/21) and we haven't stopped hearing about how good the food was!! Literally had several compliments saying top 5 wedding food ever! We had folks calling the next day to see if we had leftovers and ended up having a whole cookout with friends and family the next day with the leftovers! We originally were having Buffalo dip, fruit etc for the cocktail hour and ended up switching to the charcuterie table which was a hit! The table display looked SO good and was beautifully designed! We also hosted a brunch the next morning and many guests wanted the info on the salami, sausage and cheese used so I had to text Stephanie to see if I could get the details Lol! For the dinner, we went with the southern roast beef, the Tuscan chicken, green beans, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes! My only wish is that she delivers to where we live! That roast beef cannot be duplicated!!! From the day of the food tasting, we knew we'd made the best choice and I really want to thank Stephanie for not only being so warm and friendly and an awesome caterer but also for really taking the time to speak with me when I had questions come up and being so accommodating with our many changes and going above and beyond with help, recommendations and all!
