Dana has worked in the food industry for over 24 years. She began by cooking at home for her family when she was only 7. Her signature dish at 7 was an apple pie. Beginning her career working in a gourmet market in Washington D.C., she learned right away how important quality ingredients were in making delicious food. Dana went on to receive an undergraduate degree from the University of Denver in hospitality and tourism management.

We specialize in the planning and coordination of large special events. This encompasses wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, grand openings, fundraising galas, and corporate events. These events are typically 50 - 200 people. Events of this size include months of planning and menu development that reflects not only your tastes but considers the venue and the climate. Our onsite team brings years of experience. We provide chefs, servers, and bartenders to coordinate all the details effortlessly. The guests at your event will walk away with memories to last a lifetime.

    Dana was so responsive, she knew a TON about getting married in CB in general, and took care of not only a delicious meal (that I got many compliments on), but she assigned servers to be our bartenders. I cannot recommend Dana enough!!
