Our wedding was planned in approximately 10 months and from the moment I sat down with Melissa at Dade City BBQ I knew it was the perfect choice for us. First, she was kind, always answered any and all questions we had, no matter how small they were. We met for a tasting (delish!) and fell in love with her even more. In addition, we tasted all the meats and sides for a BBQ buffet. We chose pulled pork, chicken quarters and added brisket. Our 3 sides were mac & cheese, collard greens and potato salad w/ cornbread. They were ALL delicious. Our guests raved about everything and especially the greens! We also opted for a grazing table for our guests. It was beautifully presented and absolutely beautiful and delicious. Our guests were in awe! She even made us our own plate because she knew we were busy talking with our guests. I would highly recommend this caterer! VERY FAIR prices, large portions and happy guests. I am 100% pleased. Thank you Melissa and your amazing staff!!
