I'm a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute and the former owner and executive chef of New York City's preeminent organic restaurant Herban Kitchen. I work exclusively with organic ingredients that are locally sourced and sustainably farmed. I maintain personal relationships with the farmers and my menus change seasonally based on the freshest and best products available. Every Fancy Girl wedding is a bespoke experience tailored to your individual desires. I look forward to serving you on your special day!
