Hill Country Catering Company is the vision of Executive Chef Shannon Van Dorn. Years of working Austin's top restaurants and event kitchens left her unsatisfied. Chef Van Dorn wanted to bring the taste of top restaurants to weddings, private parties and social events without sacrificing quality, seasonality or sustainability. With HCCC, she has put together her A-Team of event chefs, front of house servers and staff to make Farm to Catering a reality at Austin-area weddings and events.
