My mother’s inspiration in the kitchen always came from Italy’s rustic countryside. She taught me various Tuscan dishes that I still cook to this day. Mina’s Catering is a homage to my beloved father, to my childhood, to the roots of my being. Food is what brings humanity together. And where there is food, there is love.​

Each dish that leaves our kitchen is carefully curated with the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. We think about every detail, so you don’t have to. That’s our promise. The great thing about our catering services is that each event is catered entirely to you. From on-site cooking for an intimate dinner to a rustic grazing table for your wedding, we do it all. We start by going over the little (important) details of your special gathering or event, such as, what your likes and dislikes are, what your vision is and what you want to provide for your guest. We get through the nitty-gritty and we come up with a perfect menu/plan for you.
