Growing up as an Italian-American in Westchester, New York, my love for food & cooking started at a very young age. I was blessed to be born into a big Italian family where everything was always centered around our next meal. The art of antipasti runs through my blood, and perfecting the craft has been a family right of passage. The variety of flavor, along with each platters unique artistic touch is what I love most about them.

I truly love what I do and it shows on each and every table, box and board that I craft up for my customers. No two displays are ever made the same, each one is personalized around you and your event. I treat each and every event as if it were my own families. I always give you the time and attention needed to go over every detail to ensure that I craft up the perfect display of your dreams and give you and your guests that WOW factor your looking for.

    Nicolette makes the absolute greatest grazing tables I’ve ever seen or tasted. She is so easy to work with communicates perfectly and I especially love that she’s able to quickly pick up on the vibe I am going for and truly enhance the event in ways I would have never thought of! She has now done several events for me, and my guests are constantly in awe of her grazing tables. The presentation is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. She pays attention to every single detail and no request is too big or small. I cannot recommend using Mixed By Nic enough! You will not be disappointed!

    MixedByNic helped create the bridal shower of my dreams. She created an insane huge grazing table with pops of my Rose theme. My guests could not get enough and people are still talking about it. MixedByNic is so creative & detail orientated and it shines through in every board & table she creates. In addition to my bridal shower she created a personalized Charcuterie board when I got engaged with me & my fiancé's name in cheese! It simply does not get better than that. She takes any event to the next level and she will always be a staple at all of my future events!
