As the oldest BBQ joint in Texas, we’re putting our 138 years of experience to work for you. We understand the impact that quality and authentic catering services have on the success of your most important events. Let us handle the details so that you can enjoy the moment. After all – it’s more than a meal. Together, we’re making memories! Based in Central Texas, we generally service events in and around the Austin area; however, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have extra special plans at a more distant location. We have a mobile barbeque pit that enables us to travel just about anywhere!

    Lynda was great to work with. With different changes going on during covid-19, she and her staff was on top of things with menu/catering changes and the bbq was delicious!!!
