    Chef Manuel provided catering services for our 150-guest wedding in Highland Park this past November. We knew we wanted something different from traditional wedding food and provide a unique experience to our guests, and Chef Manuel ended up being the perfect fit for us. His package prices were reasonable, he was pleasant to work with and above all, the food was delicious!! It was such a treat for our guests to watch Chef Manuel cook up the paella right in front of them. I think it really added that extra cherry on top. In addition to the paella, we also ordered tapas and empanadas to be passed around during cocktail hour, which were also so good! Although it took us a while to build the final menu, Chef Manuel was there every step of the way to answer any questions we ha d about his menu items and the ingredients in them. We also loved that fact that red and white sangria was included in the menu packages because it was the perfect complement to the Paella. We were so happy with how everything turned around and a huge part of that was thanks to Chef Manuel

    Highly recommended! We hired Chef Manuel for our wedding because of my wife's fond memories of eating paella in Spain. The quality of the food and professionalism of the service were incredible. Many of our guests told us how much they liked the food, and the presentation of the tapas and paella was impressive. Running a big event can be hectic, but his staff made it so much easier by being so helpful, they transformed our event from a picnic to a special wedding we'll never forget.
