Floral design has given me a sense of purpose. I’ve always appreciated the different dynamics of love. I’m so honored by any opportunity to invest and celebrate my clients’ stories. Every couple is unique and I strive to emulate that in my approach to design.

A genuine care for the environment is what makes Fleetwood Floral unique. I like sourcing locally as much as I can, composting any chance I get, eliminating floral foam & artificially dyed flowers from my practice are all attempts at being more sustainably minded. I delight in repurposing flowers for educational or donations after events.

    Molly and her team at Fleetwood Floral designed dream come true florals for our wedding in September. We had a 140 person wedding in East Village (Manhattan) at the Bowery Hotel. We wanted to find a balance between an Uptown, classic wedding, with downtown, unique elements. Molly nailed it! Her knowledge of flowers is incredible. She presented a compressive design deck, offering recommendations for everything from my bouquet to church accent pieces. The weeks leading up to the wedding there was a flower shortage (2021) and Molly expertly pivoted and gave us SEVERAL backup plans, all of which were amazing. Ultimately, she was able to source our top choice flowers thanks to her relationships with flower markets in NYC. Molly is a true artist: from the statement piece over the fireplace, the large settings on the bars, and the incredible table arrangements (unique vignettes down two long tables) were stunning. We got so many lot compliments from our guests AND vendors on the unique vessels Molly sourced as well. All were hand made pottery and glass from Sunside & Co (an incredible small business based in Brooklyn)! Flowers were the most important element of our wedding and working with Molly and Fleetwood Florals was the best choice we could have made.

    We 100% recommend hiring Fleetwood Floral for your wedding day flowers. Molly and her team did a beautiful job interpreting our vision into a reality, and seamlessly made it all happen the day of the event so we didn't have to worry one bit. Our flowers were unique, beautiful, and really felt like "us". I appreciated the time Molly took to get to know our taste, style, and overall event goals. Fleetwood's commitment to sustainability is another selling point - they really go above and beyond with everything behind the scenes. They are a one-of-a-kind botique company and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

    From the beginning, we knew that Molly was the only person we’d ever want doing our flowers. We’ve been following her career from the beginning (shout out to her insta!) and she’s only gotten better by the day. Molly approaches every arrangement like it’s a painting, making clear her artist background. Each one is personal and innovative. As an artist myself, I wanted something that expressed our personalities and taste and she nailed it. It’s also so clear how much she considers sustainability, seasonality, and ethics in her work. Molly was quick to respond, thoughtful, offered good guidance, and heartfelt. Working with her was easy in an otherwise crazy stressful time. The flowers were the talk of the night, and all of the bridesmaids ending up preserving their personals because they were so lovely. Molly ran with the things that I really wanted (fresh herbs for greens, my husband’s favorite unusual flower for his boutonnière) , surprised me with things I didn’t have stronger opinions on (arbor decorations), and handled my conflicting opinions on things such as colors or hair pieces with amazing dexterity. We are so so lucky she was able to do our wedding. It was perfect.

    Molly of Fleetwood Floral was absolutely flawless. She was so easy to work with, and executed an unbelievably gorgeous floral display for our wedding. She listened to our ideas, and ran with it. All of our guests were blown away by how beautiful she made our reception space. 10/10 would recommend, maybe even like 100000/10. Biggest thank you to Molly for making our day so memorably gorgeous
