The Harpswell Garden Club fosters a love of gardening through informative programs for its members and guests. We also share gardening experiences, create public garden spaces, and explore the interrelatedness of our gardens and the natural world. Harpswell Garden Club is a member of the Garden Club Federation of Maine, the New England Garden Clubs, Inc, and the National Garden Clubs, Inc. Our club is also a partner in Harpswell Invasive Plant Partnership.

We are non-profit and use locally grown flowers from our members' gardens. We offer an affordable and sustainable option for brides in the Midcoast area. The Harpswell Garden Club is the largest garden club in Maine.

Description

The Garden Club wedding committee arranges flowers for weddings at the Union Church (553 Harpswell Neck Road, Harpswell) and other venues from June through September. In addition to weddings, the group creates arrangements for other occasions including memorial services, parties, anniversaries, etc. The flowers primarily come from members’ gardens.
