Alan Goss was raised in Panama City and after school, he began a career in hospitality, went into retail management, and later into interior design. Afterward, moved to the west coast and worked at the San Francisco Design Center for Ann Sacks. He later moved to New Orleans, and that's where David and Alan met. They worked together at one of New Orleans's premier floral design companies. He has since managed the largest bridal shop in the area. David shortly followed him and H & G Floral Event Company came to be. They each bring their own talents and love to create individual events as unique as the people.

David Hollingsworth... I began my floral journey at the age of 17 in London England where I was trained by Longmans of London. By the time I was 20 years old and had been attending floral college for 3 years as well as working, I found that I had progressed to become a manager for Longmans and would step in and run various shops of theirs when the full time manager was away or unable to work. I then met ,who is now my husband and we moved to Mexico for a year where I carried on with my floral journey. In 2015 I was given the opportunity of a job in New Orleans. This is where Alan and I met and worked together and became firm friends.
