    We had planned to use Rita's Flowers for our wedding and had paid a 300 deposit to reserve the date. However, when we had to adjust our budget and submit a new order of about 1350, we were informed that their minimum order for a Saturday wedding is 2500. While we understand this policy, we were disappointed to learn that we couldn't use our deposit towards a bouquet or any other service. Despite giving 60 days' notice to find new business, we were told that we would lose the deposit entirely. Overall, we were disappointed with the inflexibility of Rita's Flowers in this situation, especially considering that we were still willing to spend a significant amount of money with them for our wedding. We hope that in the future, they can work with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions when unexpected changes arise.
