We are a wedding planning and design company. We want to become a part of your team to make your wedding or events that speak your styles. We offer wedding and events design, decoration, planning and coordination services. We also source and handmake personalized wedding and events decors and gifts to make the best events and wedding details impression and wow your guests and attentees. From design to execution, Shining Time Wedding team is flexible to work with. We can collaborate with you only on creating the design, or continue to build the momentum to make your vision comes true on your wedding or event day.
We are a responsive, responsible and flexible team. We create customizable services for all of our clients among design, styling, decorating and delivering floral works. Besides floral, we are also a full service wedding planner and specialize in handmade decoration items which can be incorporated into our design.

Absolutely Amazing!
Absolutely could not recommend Rina and her team enough. She was a saving grace through all of the planning. She saw our vision and ran with it. Rina and her team were great at communication, budget planning, and design. I have no doubt that Rina was a key piece in our perfect day. Thank you so much Rina and Team!

We hired Shining Time (Rina-Wedding planner and Shine-Florist) as my full-service planners for my wedding on 8/5/2023, and it was the best experience! They made sure that our wedding would be the most special and magical day of our lives. Months later, my busband and I are still amazed when we think about how helpful Shinning Time was to make our wedding happen. We cannot thank Shinning Time enough! They were dedicated and brought our ideas and vision to life. From the start to finish, they tirelessly worked hard to ensure that everything would go smoothly. The attention to details, the design, and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond our expectations. Our wedding ceremony and reception are are two different locations. Shine designed both events from beginning to finish. Both Rina and Shine made us feel like a VIP and made our lives SO much easier during the wedding planning process and the wedding day itself. They were very helpful and resourceful. They created so many beautiful memories for us. As a bride, I could be picky and anxious, but every single detail they did so perfectly and was right on point. The whole wedding day we just laughed and enjoyed, not having to worry about anything because we know we are in good hands of theirs. It was very easy to communicate with them if we needed to make adjustments or special requests. I would send them so many messages and emails every week and they always replied within hours with THE answers we needed. They made sure that we had all the information that we needed beforehand. During the wedding day, Shining Time and the team executed the plan perfectly. Thank you, Rina, Shine and team again for such professionalism and hospitality!! We would definitely recommend your services for weddings or future celebratory events.
Great to Work With
Had a great experience with Shining Time Wedding. Rina was very patient with me and was always open to hop on a call or share some ideas for flowers. I changed my mind and my color palette quite a bit, so I was appreciative of how considerate Rina was. Rina also made sure that we stayed within budget which was very important to me. I had a combination of fresh and silk flowers. I was able to keep the fresh ones but the silk ones were picked up at the end of the event. Overall great experience and I would recommend them!
Phenomenal Work!
My wedding was a dream transformed into reality, a feat unattainable without the contributions of Shining Time's extraordinary coordinator and phenomenal florist. Admittedly, I have meticulous preferences regarding decorations and floral designs for weddings, but Shine addressed my ideas with flexibility and creativity. Highly recommended!
