BK Salon

I began working in the beauty industry in 2005 at an Aveda Concept Salon in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Shortly after I began I became an Aveda Hair Cutting Coach and Manager. In this position, I learned the latest Aveda hair cutting concepts and trends. I used these skills to provide professional development opportunities for staff. My passion for formal hairstyling took off in 2008 when I did a photo shoot for a feature in Brava Magazine. This love for formal hairstyling has provided me with opportunities to work with brides and bridal parties all over the state.

In 2018 my work was featured on social media pages and industry websites: Aveda, Behind the Chair, and Premier Bridal companies. They continue to be featured on a regular basis. One of my passions is using my experience and knowledge to teach up-styling classes to professionals looking to improve their up-styling talent. In 2018 I began working at an Aveda Concept Salon in Downtown Madison, Wisconsin. I continued to manage staff and use my knowledge as an Aveda Ambassador to excel the team and share my passion for my craft. In February 2021 I opened BK Salon located on the Eastside of Madison, Wisconsin. I cannot wait to see you in my chair!
