I'm a licensed esthetician and makeup artist. My background is in TV and working for several beauty companies across the country. We do a lot of maternity/family session hair & makeup during the week and weddings on weekends. However, I'm always down for a weekday wedding having eloped myself. Our beauty team specializes in natural makeup applications and romantic hair styling. We travel to you for your special day or event.

Our artists all have a similar esthetic and style. We pride ourselves on being really nice and easy to work with- highly organized, great at communicating and answering any questions you have along the way. We all REALLY love what we do and can't wait to make you feel your best on such an important day!

    Kim and her team are a lovely group. My mother and I had our hair and makeup trials completed a few months before the wedding and the team was extremely receptive to our preferences and any changes we wanted to make to make us feel confident for my wedding day. Darlin and Angela did my hair and makeup and were just fabulous - I could not have been happier. The one disappointment I experienced was one of my flower girl's hairs. I paid 55 for a ponytail with a simple braid that looked like it wasn't even combed through or had any product at all. I know her mother asked for braids, but I would have expected a cleaner look especially for the price. Not to mention, I ended up adding on light makeup for my two flower girls and one junior bridesmaid (ages 4, 8, & 9) and was told it would be 55. There was some miscommunication and misunderstanding here because I didn't realize it was 55 per child for light eyeshadow and lip gloss. I paid it without questioning - it was my wedding day and didn't have time to negotiate on the spot - but it truly felt like a hefty price tag especially considering one of the girl’s hairs could've been done by me in two minutes and the price didn’t reflect the time spent on the work. Not to mention, I was asked to pay for each of the stylist's parking fee that day even though I paid a travel fee. It was about 5 per person but felt a bit like penny pinching. Overall, everyone who had their hair or makeup done by Kim, Darlin, and Angela was very happy with their looks and on a wedding day that's exactly what we want - confident women.

    Eye for Beauty was the best beauty team I could have asked for! So easy to communicate with, and they helped me capture the exact look I wanted - Hollywood waves and natural glam makeup! Definitely book them for your wedding if you want an easy experience and true professionals!

    Kim did an AMAZING job with my bridal make up and hair. I did not know what I wanted, so I only gave Kim some general guidelines like "hair down" and "natural look". She was able to feel my style and create a beautiful look. When I was getting ready, Kim was able to chat me down and calm my nerves, She was friendly, warm and totally professional. During my wedding, I cried my eyes out. I cried before and during the first look, ceremony, first dance and multiple random times throughout the day, but let me tell you my make up stayed ABSOLUTELY intact! I couldn't believe it! I am absolutely confident recommending Eye for Beauty to every bride!
