I provide professional services at a reasonable price. I love glamming up my clients while still letting them look like themselves. I cater to all the needs of my clients, any look you desire, I can deliver. My business name is pronounced “plee belle” which means more beautiful in French. I enjoy enhancing my clients’ beauty and their confidence.
