About Anchor Studios Photography
Edgar Paniagua
I’m Edgar, an HTX-raised native with Salvadorian roots. I am the owner, creative director, and lead photographer at Anchor Studios Photography. I'm a wedding and elopement photographer based out of Pittsburgh, PA! However, the stories I capture don't start and end there. I love to travel to capture stories all around the world.
My goal as your photographer is to capture your milestones as candidly as possible. This is why over the years, I've worked really hard to build a unique photography style that can tell your story in the most fun way!

Pittsburgh or Italy????
Edgar is incredibly talented. He took my fiancé and I to locations in Pittsburgh I didn’t know were there. When we got our photos back (in a timely manner), my fiancé and I were stunned to see the excellent quality and the beauty of the photos. Absolutely wonderful photography we will cherish the rest of our lives!
The greatest experience
This photoshoot was a surprise gift and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I typically HATE getting my picture taken, but he made it so easy. He described perfectly how to pose, where to stand, and everything was very natural so I didn't feel awkward in any poses. His knowledge on lighting and backgrounds was most impressive!!
Engagement Photoshoot
LOVED working with Edgar for my engagement photoshoot. He killed it and is so skilled in what he does. My fiance and I have 0 experience behind the camera, but Edgar was able to pose us and make us feel less awkward which was huge for us. I recommend !
