Cavallo Weddings

I served twenty years in the Coast Guard as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer and performed a year of National service with Americorps. Upon retirement, I returned to school using my GI bill to study my lifelong hobby and passion: Art and photography. I attended the Art Institute of Seattle for over two years until their closure. I am presently painting for Gallery, along with shooting wedding corporate events.

Because my background in fine art painting, I have a unique painterly perspective and profound knowledge of color, light, and composition I capture more interesting and dynamic photographs. A painting goes through many different drying stages, which affords a welcome break giving the artist time for more creative reflection. When I shoot photography; there's an innovative unconscious crossover between the two disciplines that happens naturally.
