An old friend recently got married. Before she received her wedding photos back from their (amazing) photographer she had compiled her friends cell phone photos to share. She described it as the ‘raw footage’ before the professional photos were released. I love that so much. I feel like that’s how this film, documentary style I have feels. The images I give you feel like the raw footage from your closest friends and family.

These are your grandma's wedding photos. I take wedding photography back to its organic roots. I collect images on your wedding day, rather than direct you all day long. This isn’t some elaborate styled shoot where I am trying to get photos for my portfolio. I want to capture your girls eating McDonalds behind the wedding venue after formal portraits are over, and before the ceremony begins, while you laugh about that one time at work where you met. The in between moments.
