No trends, no awkward poses. Just love, laughter and emotion.  While photographs are one of the few things you walk away from your wedding with, they aren’t the sole purpose of your event. You are there to get married, see your people, and celebrate this moment in your life. The photographs come far after that. This day is all about your love for each other. However you naturally stand together, embrace each other, whether you visit people on different sides of the room or hold hands all day, whatever story you tell on your wedding day is going to be preserved as such. Weddings are just love stories wrapped up into one day. 

While you still might get some directions towards the best light or a bit more flattering agngle, you won't be tied up with a traditional shot list that has nothing to do with your love story. You get to be you, and only you. The goal is for you to look back at the photographs and feel exactly how you felt on your wedding day. I want you to remember all the moments, from the music that was playing when you were walking down the aisle to the last dance of the night.

    Fall Marigold Photo was a total find for our last-minute wedding in Manhattan! Despite the rush, Daria and Olga were total pros, snapping every important moment from our City Hall ceremony to the outdoor bash in Central Park. The pics they got were even better than we hoped - they really know how to work the city backdrop. Super-friendly and easygoing, they made us feel relaxed throughout. These photos are our cherished memories of a whirlwind day, thanks to Daria and Kira's awesome work!

    We looked through a bunch of photographers during wedding planning and decided on Daria after seeing some of her work. We choose a package that included an engagement session and 8 hours on the wedding day. It worked out perfectly! She came to the hotel to get some getting ready shots and toughed out the Florida heat to capture all of our wedding day at the venue. We got over 600 photos and they all are perfect. So happy to have had Daria share the day with us.
