Owner and lead photographer Genesis, also known as Gen, has a creative background that encompasses theater, modeling, and her passion for photography. This skilled professional and her team are keen to capture the moments of your wedding day as beautiful heirloom images.
Wedding service with Genlinet Photography is provided on a one-event-per-day basis and includes high-resolution digital images. Upon request, this team will travel to destination weddings, move with you between venues, and provide videography. A second photographer can join to capture even more angles. This team also offers engagement sessions, boudoir photography, wedding portraiture, and trash-the-dress sessions.

AMAZING
My experience with Genesis was nothing short of amazing. We hired her to do our engagement shoot and it was such a positive experience. Genesis has such a great personality and was easy to work with. We took our photos at a state park and she helped us come up with different poses and even got me to take some pictures on the beach (I was opposed to it at first!). The beach photos ended up being some of my favorites. Communication was easy, she is very responisve. The photos turned out incredible!! We used them for the Save the Dates and we've gotten many compliments on them. If you're looking for a photographer who is professional, fun and easy to work with, I highly recommend Genesis!
Beautiful Pictures and Extremely Professional
Genesis is amazing. Our Engagement and wedding photos are absolutely beautiful. She is truly a professional. She always arrived early and responded to all of my emails and text promptly. She communicated with me and my husband every step of the way. She took our engagement photos in June and our wedding photos in December. She maintained communication with us the entire 6 months and during the 6-8 weeks it took to deliver all of the wedding photos. I would hire Genesis for any of my photography needs.

AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHY!!! I will always choose Gen!
Gen is the most kind, uplifting person I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with for my wedding. As a bride I didn’t want to add another stress to my plate, and Gen handled everything with grace. I met her a couple of years ago. I worked with her husband and that’s how we were introduced. Now, he works by her side doing videography. They have such a good, balanced chemistry that makes them so great at what they do. We chose them because we were familiar with their work, they were willing to travel, and had a very reasonable total price with a payment installments option. I booked the largest package Gen had that included a boudoir shoot, rehearsal time, the ENTIRE wedding day, and travel all the way to North Carolina. As far as taking photos, I just wanted to be comfortable. My husband and I aren’t great in front of a camera and we don’t take pictures very often. Gen especially built my confidence a lot during the boudoir shoot. I had never done anything like that before. Communication was easy. We texted a lot, had a couple of in person meetings and went into good details about my family and what to avoid or what to focus on. She even worked on her own with my wedding coordinator to nail down the day-of details! The biggest thing that stood out to me was the way she handled my downpour of a wedding day - It rained almost the entire wedding day. Everything was outdoors. We had a rain tent for the ceremony chairs and the reception was a covered open air pavilion. She handled it with grace, came up with creative ways to take our photos (her rain jacket was a lifesaver I’m sure) and we managed to do the entire first look and wedding party photos quickly in between bands of rain. We even made it completely on-schedule. Our family portraits post-ceremony were also taken in the rain with umbrellas but we somehow managed! For the final photos I must say I absolutely loved the vibrant colors and how everything looked so real. Some photographers have styles that use a lot of filters and beige-like colors. Gen doesn’t do that at all. Her photos were all focused, clear, and she even paid attention to details while shooting and had me make adjustments to my poses (I told her I don’t like my ears showing so she would help fix my hair and stuff). Her editing skills are also very good. I know I made an amazing choice choosing Gen for our best day ever. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her if you’re looking for someone to stick it out with you and take your stress away. I love her and her family, they are just the best. Thank you Gen for being so awesome at what you do!
