About Giverny Wedding Photo & Film

Anna & Alejandro

Alejandro studied film in New School of Design in NYC and apart from weddings he works in movies. Anna Veselova is an art photographer discovered by Getty Images, had several exhibitions in HTX. They worked on weddings occasionally and fell in love with the industry. Anna & Alejandro founded Giverny Wedding in 2015.

We are Anna (photo) and Alejandro (video) - award winning husband and wife team based in Houston TX. Our soft and genuine style is perfect for creative and inspired couples. We are happy, easy going and LGBTQ+ friendly. We truly love what we do and work personally on all our weddings and elopements.

    Anna & Alejandro are wonderfully talented individuals. They arrived 30 mins before time, were very respectful, blended in beautifully with the guests and were so patient with the overtly excited crowd of 40 individuals cramped in 800 sq. feet! They managed to expertly navigate the people (as well as the furniture) and artistically captured our handmade, amateur decor. They remembered every request we had made during our initial conversation and both of us could simply sit back and enjoy the day. We, as well as our extended family, were very comfortable with them around. I appreciate the effort they made to do their research about the ceremony before-hand. Cannot recommend this team enough!

    Anna & Alejandro did an incredible job on our wedding photos. We received over 1,000 pictures that were so beautiful it’s hard to pick our favorites. They captured so many special moments throughout the day. They truly went above and beyond what I could have expected or asked for. 10/10

    We did EXTENSIVE research before selecting our photo/video team—Anna & Alejandro stood out from all the rest. Their prices were the best value we found, but their product is also superior—and the turn-around times were excellent. We did the six-hour package and they made it work perfectly for us. They also included all the raw footage—other companies we looked at charged $500! Anna was very patient with all my questions, and they even came to our venue beforehand to preview it, since they hadn't shot a wedding there before. They are fun and enjoyable to be around, and are quiet and in the background when that is best—or Anna can step up and direct everyone to do whatever she needs. Plus, we ran way late on hair/makeup, and I was so sad that we weren't going to have time before the ceremony started for bridal portraits and shots with the bridesmaids. But Anna managed to get all those shots quickly in between the ceremony and the reception. She adapted so quickly and kept our stress levels low. Plus, Anna and Alejandro turn around your photos and videos so quickly after the wedding—why wait months and months when you can have them 2-3 weeks after the wedding and such high quality? They photos are gorgeous and really capture the joy of the moment. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are that we went with them—in every dimension: professionalism and responsiveness, cooperation prior to and on the day-of, aesthetic vision and know-how, delivery of the final product, and prices. A win all-around! We have already recommended them to friends/colleagues who are getting married and will continue to do so! I want other couples to have the joy of looking at their photos and video and being so happy! Go with Anna and Alejandro!
