Photography quickly became my passion when I was in search of finding something that truly makes me feel like I have a purpose. I grew tired of the ritual of ‘work’ and dug deep to search for something that showcases my compassion and empathetic connection with others. Knowing that I can provide you with something that will bring you a lifetime of memories is the best feeling in the world.

Photography is a way I can connect with the community by building quality connections with customer service that sets me apart from other artists. I enjoy new challenges and taking the time to really understand your vision so I can reflect any feeling and emotion in your photos. I work to service you and I will always put my clients first. My way of giving back to the community is: Every year I plan to donate 100% of proceeds from images purchased through my online galleries to a local charity. I also offer 10% off all services for military & first responders.

I was so happy I found Heidi. Even though she says she's new to the industry, she shoots like a total pro. She has a great sense of framing, timing, and storytelling. Let me explain. First, she does perfect wedding photos. She makes posed photos look great, yet candid. She captures those perfect moments when the bride and groom have that loving and wistful look in their eyes. She has a great sense of framing and storytelling: she captures those unique moments where one scene is captured alongside another scene. Like when shot my wife and me with the minister, and in the corner you could see my uncle with the guitar, looking at us with a smile. I was thinking: "What is Bill thinking? He's probably remembering that time when he got married..." Heidi was professional and prompt in her communications, and she was a joy to work with during the wedding as well. She was proactive without getting in the way. She has a great personality, and I would recommend her to anybody wanting to get married in San Antonio and surrounding areas.

I've had couples book me two years in advance, and I've also been asked to capture a wedding the same day. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they reflect my best work. I do not deliver any images in RAW format unless discussed previously.

You can expect about 75 edited images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

In my experience as a professional photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

YES! I have a very detailed shot list to try and make the planning process as stress free as possible for you. This helps customize your wedding day and ensures I capture all of the special moments that mean the most to you & then some! I'm always open to any ideas / wants my clients have to make the memories as traditional or unique as they'd like!

I service up to a 65 mile radius from downtown San Antonio Texas. I do offer my services all over Texas and I charge a fair rate to cover travel and accommodations depending on where your event is. I honor the IRS standard travel rates for businesses at $.655 / mi. Any events that require an overnight accommodation will also include a rate for a nearby hotel.
