About Janelle & Co Photography

Janelle & Co Photography

Owner / Lead Photographer

I'm Janelle Andersen, the owner and lead photographer of Janelle & Co Photography. With over 12 years and 150+ weddings of experience, I am an expert in Jackson Hole Wedding Photography and Grand Teton National Park Weddings. I also travel nationally for weddings, with an emphasis on west coast weddings in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. As your wedding and elopement photographer, it is my privilege to deliver gorgeous photos you will cherish for a lifetime.

I help create custom timelines, assist in Jackson Hole wedding ceremony location selection, and offer great vendor recommendations. I also assist in posing and prompts, fluff dresses, fix flyaway hairs, and pin boutonnieres. But my favorite part is being your event photographer!

Janelle photographed our micro-wedding in 2022 and I’m still OBSESSED with our photos! She made the process super simple and helped however she could, even sending out vendor recs in case we needed them during planning! She did multiple check ins and sweet emails leading up to our big day. There was a questionnaire sent prior to our wedding day so that way there was no confusion on who should be photographed together or if there were any guests to separate during certain shots. We had our uncooperative 4 year old in attendance and she even found ways to get good photos of him and our family(: Janelle also helped to keep our day running on schedule and knows the Tetons like the back of her hand, giving all of the recommendations on locations that would best suit our vision. 1000% would use her again!!

Janelle was the perfect photographer for our elopement in Grand Teton National Park. She was absolutely so sweet to work with. We didn't want much for our elopement but we DID want awesome pictures that captured the moment to remember forever and damnnnn she delivered! She was even willing to shoot at 7 in the freaking morning for us because we're early birds, even after snow started sweeping in and taking over! Kind, professional, personable. Highly recommend

We decided to elope in the Tetons in August 2020 after our fully planned wedding in Europe had been canceled due to covid. In our scramble to make new plans, we were extremely fortunate to find Janelle. I had never been to Jackson Hole before and she really took the reigns in planning where to stop for photos and where to have the actual ceremony. She even made sure to find a spot for me with aspen trees after I told her I loved them. Janelle is also a super chill and awesome person to spend your day with. Something we didn’t think about when we decided to elope was the fact that you will be with your photographer all day and they will be focused on you if you don’t have a huge group so you want to have a good vibe. We got that in Janelle and her assistant Jayme! They both helped to make our day incredibly special, fun, and memorable, a day we will never forget!

We hired Janelle in 2020 for our elopement in Wyoming. She was so nice, professional, and organized before the shoot. My husband is extremely shy and she put him at ease. If you're here and reading this, you've seen her work already and it speaks for itself! We opted to do an extra hour with an extra photographer, and I'm so glad we did. My only regret is not living closer to her to have her do regular family portraits for us.
