Do you offer payment plans?

I sure do! I take a $300 retainer to book your date. The rest will be due the day of your wedding. Some of my couples like to break it up month by month, reach out and we can sort something out that works for both of us!

Do you charge for your commute?

Accepted Answer

For weddings more than 30 miles from Richmond, I charge $1/mile one way. Ask me about destination elopements/weddings! I love to travel. :)

Question 3

Do you photoshop?

Accepted Answer

My editing style is focused around color and light. I do not alter body types or edit people skewed towards beauty standards. Of course if a crazy pimple pops up the night before, I got you, but in general my photos are organic. A few years down the line, you’ll be thankful your wedding photos were captured organically. If it’s something that makes you you, I’m never going to change it.

How long until we get our photos?

I usually deliver a couple sneak peek photos within 72 hours of your wedding day, and I deliver the rest in batches! I ALWAYS deliver 100% of your images within 10 weeks. Most of the time, it’s closer to a month, but sometimes I take over 10,000 photos on wedding days, so no promises! I do not rush my editing process, but my turnaround time is still quicker than most photographers in my industry because I schedule out ample time in my calendar for editing. I always keep my clients updated on the progress of their galleries as I go through my creative process. Communication is everything to me!

What if we want printed photos?

When I deliver your gallery of photos, there will be a built in shop where you can purchase prints, photo albums, and other goodies directly through me! This will ensure the quality of your prints lasts the test of time rather than buying mediocre prints from Walmart or CVS. When I first deliver my galleries, you will receive a discounted rate for your prints as well!

Question 6

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

God forbid, In the extremely very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding due to circumstances beyond our control, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. I’ll provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. Your full deposit will be returned to you and I will assist in the process of hiring a new photographer.

Do you offer a second shooter at weddings?

I do not! Find an artist you trust and your love will be documented. It really is that simple at the end of the day. I’m learning that less is more. The presence of a photographer at your wedding will naturally affect the vibes & flow of your day. My thoughts are this: if you think you need a second shooter, that’s okay! I’m more interested in immersing myself into your friends and family rather than having a team othering myself as people who are “working”. I love experiencing a day for what it is, the magical photos will happen so naturally when love is present. And that’s a promise!!!
